Hands down the best Popcorn Chicken I've ever eaten - very thin layer of outer coating layered with a perfect spice mix, properly heated, with tender chicken. The boba teas are also remarkably good - Mango milk tea with popping boba and 3G Milk tea are awesome!
This is my absolute favorite boba tea shop in this area. Every drink is crafted to perfection and tastes delicious. This is a great business and I love coming here. They have amazing COVID-19 precautions and make ordering so easy. If you love boba come here and have the best of the best.

This place has the best boba, and the freshest tea around (you could say that it is very “tas-tea”), the woman at the front that takes your order is delightful, I think she’s the owner and I believe her name is Susie? She is always super welcoming to me and my family and to every person that comes in. I will be coming back here again and again. This place is “tea-rific!”
