Beware: Took my laptop to be either fixed or try to retrieve photos off of so I took it in to Qtech off 48th Picked it up and was not charged but was told the hard drive won't work . So now I took it into best buy to ship it to a specialist to retrieve the kids photos of 20 years off of it.. Just got a phone call that all the Ram was missing and the guts were all missing from it just the hard drive remained and rattled around in there so was not put back together probably so most likely it's a paper weight. Qtech is a thief beware do not trust them
