Rico was very helpful & generous with our order. He answered a ton of questions for me which helped me set myself up with a small quail setup for my home. He walked me through the process, before I actually purchased eggs, so that I could plan & set up for incubating my own eggs. When I finally ordered a month later, he hand selected eggs for us, filled our order & provided extras. He explained why he chose the shape & size of each egg. He also reminded me of the steps to prep my incubator for the best hatch rate. So happy we chose local.
