I have had to call Hess twice for separate repairs and both times they were quick to respond, diagnose the issue, and fix the problem. The entire staff is very friendly and their work is very thorough. They always make sure that we have a system that will last and will stay in good shape for a long time. I would not hesitate to call the Hess team, they're a great local business to support!

Service and techs were great. Office staff is quite rude. I called to see if I could get a more detailed invoice for the services rendered and was abruptly cut off and given a lecture on state laws and that they could not provide a breakdown of cost. What a load of B.S. Overall, good service but at a very high cost. Will not use them again.
Eric and his coworker arrived at our house the day after we called about our hot water heater. Communication about arrival time was great. It took less time than expected, they left the area clean, and the price was what we expected. WE have HOT water again! and would recommend Hess Well Pumps and Plumbing to anyone looking for a plumber!
Called Saturday morning at 7:40 we had no water at all. Eric Hess and his co-worker Melvin arrived in no time. Found the problem and went right to work. Each step was explained to us. They were very professional in everything they did. At 11:00 they were packing up and we had our water back. Less than 3and a half hours,and they had us up and running. Great teamwork and a great company to take care of all your plumbing needs. Highly recommend this company. They deserve more than 5 stars
All weekend long I kept losing my prime on my well pump. I had a two pipe system with a valve at end of pipe that was clogged or not working. I called these guys on Monday and with in 45 mins they were at my house. Replaced my system with a submersible pump that does higher pressures then the previous jet pump I had. These guys were fast and very knowledgeable explaining every step of the way. At the end of the service the lead tech even gave me advice on how to fix another issue I had in my kitchen sink and he was right on the money with that issue aswell. If you have well issues, Hess are the guys to call!
