Rob said he wanted to charge me a 50 premium because he doesnt want to scratch his new 100k box truck driving up my driveway with our tall trees. Lol these pellet guys are hilarious. He said he has plenty of business right now. So on to the next vendor i guess. First Bucks Pellets now him. Sad to see small business owners take our business for granted.

I have been getting wood pellets for 4 years from Rob delivered to me in Bethelehem Township. He is very friendly, service is great, you leave a call he will get back quickly to you. Pellets are quaility and well kept upon arrival, never have bags with holes in them. So glad I stopped dealing with Big box stores (Lowes).
Great company, friendly fast service, prices posted. Quality products. Our family will not purchase wood pellets from anywhere else.
A experience. This was my first time using Rob and he exceeded all of my expectations. Delivery, communication, customer service, product, pricing, all came together to make this great. I will be using Rob for my pellets from now on.
