Gerald was great. He was ahead of schedule which helped us tremendously! He was helpful, clearly had great experience and was able to repair our problem without any problem. He provided a clear explanation of the issue and provided advice on how to avoid in the future. Thanks Gerald! One week without a dishwasher was enough for me!

These guys are great! I called Saturday morning mentioning we had lost a wedding ring in the wash and was told the first available appt available was Monday afternoon. I received a call back about 20 min later from one of their techs, Siaosi, saying he had heard about the issue, was just finishing his shift but could run over to try to help. After about an hour an a half of dismantling the washing machine, he asked if he could check the dryer, he dismantled that and found the rings! His persistence and willingness to come on short notice to support was amazing. wonderful experience with these guys! Thank you!

Heat went out over the weekend. Waited until Monday to have someone from Danwood come out here because we didn't want to pay the 200 weekend upcharge. On Monday, our furnace was assessed, and of course it is terribly dead. The next day a awesome nice man arrived in giving us the total costs and options for payment. And unlike a typical sales person, he didn't just automatically recommend the most expensive one. He even admitted that unless you're a "Latest and greatest" kind of person, there's no real reason to get the fancy, expensive one. We got the cheap one that he said most of the customers get. Today I will have a new furnace that'll be 10 times better than the old one we have, which turns out is from 1990! And all staff put masks on before leaving their vehicle and wore booties to minimize bacterial spread. Thank you Danwood! If I could give you six stars I would.
