So my husband and I have been researching trucks for over a year and what we want that will pull our toys etc. I am in the car business at a high volume dealer in Cincinnati I sent an internet request on a Dodge Ram they had and Charles was very helpful and responsive I told him my method of contact as I was researching some at work I know bad customer service believe me being in the business. They were top notch Finance (Eric). Was great we called in to Mason a manager on Friday and decided to make the trip early so he had to get things together and we drove out from Cincinnati we had plans for the weekend and they had all the paperwork ready for us. We were in and out quickly and go a great deal!!! 5star service Thanks Dan and Sonya
