Contractors (bath and glass) do an excellent job!!!!! QC needs to improve on the sales aspect (communicated incorrect measurements which caused a 3 week delay) and the project management aspect (kept having to make follow-up calls to get status instead of them proactively calling me) to get to a 5 star rating. Adding a star for some of the 'make-ups' provided, such as a free upgrade to borderless shower walls.

Zett Quinn and the Quality Craftsmen staff renovated a bedroom and bath in an old building converted from apartments to condos, with all the challenges that come with 1930 construction. They saved the original wood floors in the bedroom, which are now gorgeous, and transformed the bath into a zero-threshold, handicapped-accessible masterpiece. They also installed custom double-pane windows throughout the condo and painted. All their work was of the highest level. They were easy to work with, reliable, and helpful in every way. It was a pleasure to have Quality Craftsmen do this project.
