I booked a pick up one week in advance to have 1 barrel picked up from my location in staten island new york, at the time the representative told me everything is ok for the agreed sunday pick up. I called several times during the week to reconfirm and was told same even up to the day before. Sunday came and I called to find out what time, I was told the driver couldn't make it before the following day and this was not communicated to me from the outset so I could make other arrangements. This business is very unprofessional has no regard for the customer and their time, their word is not their bond. It is as if I am being done a favor as oppose to conducting business. Monday came and when I spoke to the driver he too eluded me not knowing what I am talking about and stated clearly my address was not on his manifesto. I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemies and like many other companies owned and operated by Jamaicans usually phase out with time because of these shady practises. I will be writing a follow up blog about this experience which has caused me a great inconvinience. Quality ZERO should be the name.... Thumbs Down .... Bye!
