Thay wont fix anything.And I'm charged for everything even having them to write me a letter on one of there letter head.I was charged 25 I'm charged 30 if i dont pay my rent on the first day of the month when I DONT GET MY MONEY TELL THE 1ST and there aware that we have no way of going anywhere. The bad thing is my landlord allows me to be treated like this. Thank you Jeff Beck.

Renter beware. My company rented a building from this company and they will NOT return my deposit after we improved the building and has cut all communication with me. Do Not Rent from Jeff Beck. Very unprofessional.
