Quality RV had the exact unit we wanted with all the upgrades already installed. The interior was the color we wanted. And the price, well they came in 1000's under the larger dealers in Dallas, Houston and Ft. Worth. The larger dealers were 4000-6000 higher and that did not include the cost of the upgrades we wanted. We spoke with John on the phone as we were traveling to see this unit (3 hours from our home). When we arrived, he showed us the unit and took his time with us without any pressure. He answered all of our questions and was very friendly. We put down our deposit and returned a few days later for our walk through. Josh helped us with our walk through. He was very nice, took his time to show us everything (this is our first RV) and he even took the time to assist with installing the distribution hitch that we purchased elsewhere. We cannot say enough about all the staff at Quality RV. We are very satisfied with the friendly care they extended to us. If we ever need repairs, maintenance, parts or have questions we have complete confidence that John and his staff will get us back up and going with the same exceptional service! Thanks again Quality RV for helping us!

These guys are awesome. I had a warranty concern and called them. They got the ball rolling right away. Jesse ordered the new part right away and Matt and Anthony showed up with smiles on their faces and a genuine eagerness to perform a quality repair. John went out of his way to help make the whole process a piece of cake. I would definitely recommend Quality RV not only for their vast selection of products but for their customer friendly way of doing business and their positive and helpful attitude.
