The fact that actually get paid for this level if incompetence is unbelievable. Go somewhere else, anywhere else.

I had an appointment with Ms. Keishawn to be issued a new CAC for work. She was super friendly and assisted me with a few other issues that came up in conversation. AWESOME customer service. Thank you!!!! ️️️️️

So I was sitting there and the office wasn't very busy. The two workers are talking at the front desk about a sale at Kohl's. The phone rings, the worker picks the phone up and greets the caller only to put themithem on hold to finish talking about the sale at Kohl's. Employees like this are why civilians hate government workers

HIGHLY suggest scheduling an appointment. When I arrive at 7 am the line for walk-ins took about half an hour to even get to the check-in counter. After getting to me they had to turn people away to return at 10 to try and fill slots that may or may not open up. Walk-ins also had to enter via the Little Hall main entrance to avoid filling up the small waiting area. Thankfully they have AC and TVs there, along with vending machines and bathrooms out in Little Hall. Being the last in line, it took about 2 and a half hours for me to be seen (as of writing this they are currently understaffed and have some Admin Marines assisting). Once seen, the process of getting a whole new CAC card issued went smoothly, taking about 15 minutes. Make sure you refer to their website for the ID requirements you may need to get your issues taken care of.
