Fun trails for all skill levels. Dizzy is good for children and new riders. Many more choices for more advanced riders. Well maintained by the volunteers of CORP ( Capital Off Road Pathfinders). Check conditions at mad city dirt.com Don’t ride if you’re leaving ruts.

The trails here have more features and diversity than most other parks in the area. I'd recommend coming here over CamRock and alpine valley, especially if you're a beginner. Photos were taken on Three Sisters

the biking trails require skill, commitment, technique and... a bike, preferably full suspension. there are also hiking trails that are pleasant. a pavilion, restrooms, parking lot with ready access provide a convenient place to regroup or catch a breather. please don't take my 4 star rating seriously i don't know enough about singletrack to properly rate it, but my sincere thanks to all that volunteer and maintain the tracks for all to use.
