Do not hire!!! I booked an appointment for today for a specific reason I needed my home cleaned. She was supposed to come at 11am. At 1110am I receive a text she is just finishing up and will be on her way. Thirty minutes later, she texts me saying she is not coming because Groupon didn't pay her. So I'm left hanging and have no way to book someone last minute. Very poor customer service, with no concern for their customers. If all went well I was looking to hire for regular cleanings.

I hired this company because of the positive reviews. it is past midnight now and just got done cleaning my house again after paying 258. dollars for 4 hours this afternoon. i did more work to redo the cleaning job that what i was expecting to had been done by them descently. I am so upset and i made it clear to her before i hired her that i have an appraisal tommorow and she told me she will do a great job with her 2 girls but only end up with one and did not do much change after 4 hours except clearing the counter top and put my clothes in my bed and my stuff in the bathroom to the bags. For 258 dollars for 4 hours I was expecting \A sparkle and shine\ but the opposite. I am sorry to say that they dont know how to clean at wipe the dust at all and could have done a much better job by myself if i wasn't too busy today.Made me miss my house cleaning lady for years thst moved back to Mexico:( Think how would you like if you pay 258 for 4 hours and was left to clean your house again. I normally will not give a negative review only if its positive but paying that much for 4 hours and left with mediocre cleaning is not acceptable.
I am extremely impressed with the service this company provided. I got a quote and was able to book my first appointment within minutes. They arrived and worked better than I expected. Super fast, really nice people, and go above and beyond to do a great job. Very trustworthy and professional. I highly recommend this company!
Crystal or her team have always been right on time. They are very thorough and do not rush the job. Crystal is always easy to reach and responds quickly to any messages. They are flexible and very easy to work with.
