I rarely post reviews, but given the number of negative comments I wanted to share my positive experience. I had previously used TruGreen and felt they were absolutely horrible. A fellow neighbor was using Queen City Lawn & Landscaping so I gave them a go. I have absolutely no regrets what so ever. Each year the yard continues to improve! I'd suggest them with no hesitation what so ever.

We have not had a good experience with this company. They have lived up to every single review/complaint I’ve read from other people on Google. We decided to try them out last year despite their low rating on Google because I had used their services years ago with no major issues. We should have taken those complaints seriously. They have missed weeks in the past when I had paid for a cut every week. The cuts don’t look professional. They miss spots and don’t edge well. We have several holes on the siding around my house from their guys bumping into the house. We didn’t get a cut last week probably due to rain which is understandable, however I’ve called and left a few messages with no returned phone call. We paid for the whole month of April with no cut the last week of April. I simply asked prior to getting my May invoice for them to credit the one week they missed for April. Well just like I thought, I received my invoice today with the charge for a full month with no credit. Last year prior to the winter months I cancelled services since the grass wasn’t growing. They sent me a delinquent notice. Once I called it was determined with GPS that the guys were only out here for 4 minutes so because I called they credited the delinquent balance. I’m pretty sure that happened on other weeks too because there were other times our grass looked the exact same. Seems like if they come out here and the grass doesn’t look like it needs to be cut they leave. If I’m paying for the grass to be cut weekly that’s what I expect whether it needs to be cut or not, or credit me if you feel it doesn’t need a cut. I have lost all trust for this company. It seems like their mission statement is “What all can we do to drive away all our customers and force them to cancel services so we can give our business away to another company”? It’s sad and unbelievable but true.

Listen to the reviews. Missed mows, low quality mows where they didn't edge, and damage to the Lawn when they did. After they didn't cut my yard for 2 weeks, they purposefully did not come out on the last day of my service after I canceled. I offered to pay for another single mow. They never showed up. Jessica told a complete lie - that she would get me on the schedule even though it was inconvenient and outside their regular schedule. Still, no service and I have a citation for the lawn. I'm pissed and I don't recommend them - even after using them for years. Beware - they're raising prices. Probably because they've lost so much business due to their terrible service.

We started using Queen City and had problems in the first two months with just getting our first service scheduled. This was over 18 months ago, and I should have taken this as a sign of things to come. I dealt with Jaime who was really helpful and self-admittedly unable to control the guys in the field who were actually performing the service. After some months of suitable service, we would be invoiced for full months where they would only show up 1 or 2 times a month. I have security cameras so I could clearly see when and where they would show up. This was mentioned on phone calls to the company to have this credited, but it did not happen. Furthermore, as we listed our house, the yard looked terrible and neglected due to poor service which was communicated to their offices. Instead of addressing the issue, they continued to invoice me for the wrong amounts, and then sent this to a collection agency. Unable to see their own faults or admit poor levels of customer communication and service I have recently had to pay them for services I did not receive. Attempts to communicate my updated address went unnoticed so we moved into a new house. My advice is that if you do use this company, please ensure that you check your invoices and monitor when you actually get service, because the two rarely reconcile. I would not recommend using this company at all however, and this sentiment is obviously shared within the community as seen in the reviews. I have since paid my account in full, even for the weeks that the services were not provided.
