I had an appointment at noon with TJ (inkslinger_36 on IG) and I waited till 12:30 for him to show and he never did. I got his number from the manager in order to get in contact with him. TJ then said he wouldn’t be there until 3 with no regard for the appointment that I made for 12 and paid a deposit for. I asked for my deposit back as he was rude and unprofessional. I then spoke to another tattoo artist in the shop named Rico and he was willing to do my tattoo but the unprofessional manager refused to allow saying that I had an appointment with TJ even though that appointment was cancelled because his artist was extremely unprofessional and had no regard to me nor my time. The manager told me that I would just have to go to another shop as I wouldn’t be allowed to get a tattoo there. I don’t know who was worse the manager or TJ. I do know that I DO NOT recommend going here unless you are booking with Rico. Rico was the only one that was actually courteous and willing to help. The other two need to work on their customer service skills or to pick a different career path if they are so unhappy.

my experience with TG was awesome. i got my labret piercing and it was quick and painless. it’s lined up equally with my face & everything. great customer service i will be back for more piercings & maybe a tattoo when i turn 18

On August 26th, 2020 Wednesday I came to have several piercings at once. 7 piercings to be precise. I had only ever had my navel and tongue pierced. I have had the frog tongue piercing for years) so I felt confident to get 7 done at once. Kenny was so very kind and informative about after care and being honest about possible pain and discomfort and performed each piercing in an order that would best serve me and assist me in not giving up due to being overwhelmed by pain. Well he talked to me and each piercing was a breeze most I did not feel and he had already placed my jewelry in before I realized the piercing was over. He gave me a discount for being so courageous! Which I appreciate very much! The shop was very clean. I was given aftercare supplies, I got to pick out my ear jewelry, the process for all 7 piercings was so quick and Kenny was professional. I got my nipples, belly button, tragus, industrial ear and both sides of my nose pierced.

Worst tattoo I ever got, it was a simple tattoo and it came out with horrible lines and the artist who was also the owner had to enlarge parts of an already enlarged tattoo and still could not get them right
