They responded quickly to our request for help! We appreciated the Sunday morning visit after an evening without our AC. They are the BEST with communication from the first phone call, to texted appointment information and a call from our tech when he was on the way. Michael S. represented Angel Air so well! He was friendly, very capable and able to communicate clearly to us about our system and issue. We learned more about our system too. What a great guy! Angel Air is everything you'd hope for when it comes to a home services company. They use automation to send emails and texts that provide transparency throughout the entire process. The techs were great and I never felt like they were trying to sell me on additional items. I received quotes from other companies and Angel Air was the most competitive coupled with the best customer service and experience. They were on time and fixed my AC with no issues. Not only would I recommend them to friends and family... but also strangers. If you're currently researching which company to go with in Arizona...pick Angel Air you will not be disappointed.

We're a repeat customer with Angel Air. They've provided competitive pricing, excellent work, and continue to \Own the account\ with impressive customer service after the sell. Having just purchased a new unit, we noticed an overall improvement of AC in all but two rooms. They sent someone out to inspect (Thank you Scott! Always a pleasure seeing you) at no charge and explained the layout of the ducting and restrictive sizes used during the building of the house (which was over 15 years ago and not done by Angel Air). We'll be a repeat customer this winter when we have them come out and address the ducting issue.

It's a Saturday afternoon, 110 degrees. I notice it getting a little warm inside. I check the outside unit and it's not running. I called Angel Air at 2:00, Seth arrives at 3:30, it's now 5:00 and my AC is running perfectly. Fast, professional and affordable. Thank you Patty, Seth and everyone at Angel Air. You guys are awesome, I've never had a better experience with an AC company!!
