The office was clean and efficient...the staff was friendly and knew their stuff. Billing and expectations was known before surgery. Dr Romney has an amazing bedside manner that makes you feel comfortable and relaxed. The day of our surgery everything went smoothly and even with all the covid protocol they had my ride home there ready and informed without me even knowing. I was pleasantly surprised to get a phone call at 9pm from Dr Romney himself just to check up on me and my daughter to make sure all was ok. I don't get that from any of my other physicians! This office is ran perfectly, all the staff is amazing!! I would highly recommend this office for all your oral surgery needs!!! It was so worth the 4 hour drive to me!!!

5 stars for the procedure and service while you are IN the office. Calling the office is another story (hence 3 stars) .. We had questions before my daughters surgery and waited on hold over 30 min- had to hang up. We also called after my daughters procedure, waited 20 min. on hold, left messages for a call back and it took over 4 hours to get a return call. Also, we never received confirmation of the appointment via email or text. I get at least 2-3 confirmations/reminders from pest control, hair dresser..etc. I was surprised that a surgical center didn't do that. Overall it was a good experience but frustrating on the long wait times to speak with someone.

Everyone was so kind when I brought my 8year old in for oral surgery. From the doctors to nurses making him feel comfortable and safe. He was in great hands!

My 5 year old had to have an extra tooth removed. I was nervous because she was so young. They took great care of her and made sure to reach out later that day to check in on her. Dr. Romney was great and the anesthesiologist they used for her was amazing as well. I can’t say enough good things.
