I wanted a 400sq ft patch of artificial grass next to my backyard patio. Dennis came to my house with some samples and answered all of my questions. I was looking for something more visually appealing than dirt, to extend the use of my back patio, and for my dogs to play on. They laid a solid base and staked the turf securely to the ground. It looks beautiful and my dogs love it. His price was spot on as well. I would recommend them to anyone looking for landscaping services.

A pool in my backyard has always been my dream. I just had no idea where to start. I came across Best Deal on a whim (after many quotes with other pool companies ) and decided they were the company I was going to use. They gave me such a great price for the quality of their work (and beat all the other guys too). Pat took my hand and walked me through my design, which turned out amazing. He showed me products I had never once thought of, and transformed my backyard. (Dennis too). He took my pool to the next level. When I look at it, it honestly turned out better than I had even expected. Everyone who also sees it, compliments on it and the work that was done on it as well. Pat and Dennis both have still followed through with us, even after the job has been paid for and completed. These two are great. Don’t hesitate to hire them to build your dream backyard for you. Come see mine and you would hire them tomorrow.
I had Pat come for an estimate. All I wanted was an idea of how much grass in front and backyard and maybe a pool done. He was quick to ask how much I’m willing to spend. I immediately felt odd so I threw a number that ended up getting him angry. He judged me on my vehicle makes and profession. He belittled me and said to call 10 other places to see if they would have that ball park price. Problem is I just threw a number out. He shouldn’t of attacked his potential customer. He could of said his price and offered maybe financing or do parts of my yard.
Turf It did a phenomenal job from start to finish. From the get go Pat came over to the house and asked what we envisioned for our dream backyard. Pat took in everything we wanted and added his own opinions in to the vision. We wanted a big backyard that was full of space so that our son could have a big yard to play in and add a swing set. The process was awesome! They worked around our schedule and took their time to get the job done just the way we wanted. They demolished the entire backyard and recreated our perfect yard. The turf is amazing, great quality and absolutely gorgeous. Pat let us pick what plants and palms we liked most and he ended up loving our decisions at completion. Full turf, stepping stones, landscaping and palms, and river rock made our wishes come true! Absolutely love it! The price point was fair and everything that was promised was completed in just 4 days, it was a bigger job. Go with Turf It, they knocked it out of the park! My son loves running around the turf and playing with the dogs on his new yard!
The quality of work and material is very poor. Owner never replies to messages or phone calls. He has someone doing his job and she doesn’t even know what she’s doing. Very bad customer service and horrible experience. I was really excited about having my grass but it became a nightmare. I have spent double of what I would have if I had gone with someone more professional. Extremely upset and unsatisfied of the way he communicate with his customers.
