The tech ( Neal ) did my front end alignment and a filter/oil change. He was VERY PROFESSIONAL and gave me that warm fuzzy feeling regarding his knowledge and ability to complete the work on my 07 Jeep Wrangler JK. I've gotten work done here before and WILL have work done in the future. I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS SHOP TO OTHERS!!!

Very good service at a fair price. I’ve taken all my cars here over the past several years for alignments and always have been treated fairly. Never had any issues with up-selling or other issues like some other shops. Would recommend them.

Very good communication, quality of service and I trust Network Automotive because of how they treat me and my vehicle. I've brought my vehicles in for various repair needs and each time their customer service and quality work keeps me coming back. They recently saved me a lot of money when I brought my suv in for a second opinion from the repairs the dealership said I needed. Turned out the dealership recommended a repair that was unnecessary as another nearby component was the issue and lucky for me was an easier cheaper repair.

I've been looking for a \Primary Care Physician\ for all of our vehicles now that we live in Queen Creek, and I think I may have found them. I took my 2003 Ford F-150 in to have front shocks replaced and a minor tune-up and they did a fantastic job. Setting up the appointment online was simple, and could get in the next day. Shawna was awesome & crazy fast at getting back to me and texting me updates - she really made the experience an impressive one. Prices were reasonable and fair - and exactly, to the penny, of what Shawna quoted. The repairs appear to be done very well. Shocks are good and engine running strong! The only (very) minor disappointment I was expecting some sort of feedback about additional needed repairs as it's typical to do a \bumper-to-bumper\ inspection. I left without a hint of any of this information or guidance, and I know the truck needs additional repairs (it has very visible leaks, etc.) but wasn't given a sniff of insight of timely repairs that need to be done as far as vital repairs needed or additional recommended maintenance outside of the scope of the requested repair. In fairness, I didn't ask for a bumper-to-bumper inspection either, I just assumed it would be included. No biggie, will just ask next time. Overall, a great experience and I think I've found the right place to take all three vehicles to! Thanks Network Automotive!

Been several times but, after taking my car in for the AC for a second time. I was told no leaks could be found. After quarantines were lifted and not driving the vehicle for a while cause AC blew hot air. I took my car to another professional. This professional not only found an obvious leak but, fixed it parts and labor for a fair price. I called Network and they admitting that they had noted AC oil in access on the compressor. Note: (the leak was one of the refrigeratant lines right where it attached to the compressor). This information was not shared with me. My guess is, because it was in under warranty at no cost to me. They didn't want to cover the cost to fix it because they should have caught it, when I took it in for the AC the first time. A 65 part by the way. They basically brushed this off and called it a miscommunication. I don't think I will go back. If they read this don't bother reaching out to me or reply. You had your chance to make it right when I call.
