Talked to Steve over the phone, he called back within minutes of me leaving a voicemail. Called him because of all the great reviews here and he was friendly and knowledgeable in the few minutes we talked. Unfortunately (and strangely), Steve doesn't repair Samsung or LG appliances, which millions of people own. Don't call if you own these.

Steve came right out and fixed my washer in one day. He did a great job at a fair price and I would definitely call him again as well as recommend his service.
Steve was fantastic. Was on time, from my description over the phone he brought a few parts he thought it maybe. He was correct repair was done in less than 45 minutes price was fair would recommend them to friends and family.
Steve is the man!! If you ever want to know how to run a small business successfully follow Steve's lead. I called at 6:30 PM and he called me back the next morning at 8:10. He could not come the same day (already booked), but said he would come Saturday between 10 and 11 - arrived at 10:15. He was clean, professional, and ready to go. Be knowledgeable! He had the dryer fixed within 45 minutes. Had the fridge fixed within 30 minutes and the dishwasher in like 30 seconds. Yes, all three died at the same time it was rough!! Be honest and fair with your pricing. Steve's prices are very reasonable and he is a very honest guy. Stop your search and call him. Great guy and will pass his number out with no hesitation!!
We called Steve for an appliance repair and within 2 days it was fixed and working perfectly. We highly recommend Steve for any appliance repair needs, he's very responsive, quickly performs quality work, communicates along the way and seems reasonably priced. Thanks so much!
