I took my 97-year-old mother-in-law in for a check up and glasses. Everyone was so kind. The instructions for her were clear and concise and did not confuse her. She is also hard of hearing. The amount of patience that Chelsea had while repairing old glasses and helping my mother-in-law to pick out new frames was amazing. We did not feel rushed and felt as if we had been priority customers. Thank you so much!

Everyone was incredibly patient and helpful while we selected our frames, Jordan guided us in how to select a prefect width, and he did an amazing job explaining the differences in materials and protections for our lenses.
