I ordered food and thought it was one price according to the store menu. When I was checking out my food price increased by 2.00. When I inquired about the prices ,I was told that this was the new price from the owner. If the public is looking at the original price on the menus then It needs to be the price on the menus. Not any hidden owners prices. Also My hoagie that I ordered roll was hard and not fresh. Will never visit this store ever in life again. People dont waste your money.

Found hair in my cheesteak. When I called to report the matter, I was called a liar by some lady that worked there and the owner refused to provide me with a refund. Even if their policy is “no refunds”, I would’ve been okay, but to call me a liar because I found hair in my food is not acceptable. The lady that worked there even stated no one there has hair, so now I’m left to assume the hair is from an animal. Check your food before you indulge or just stay clear from this place all together.

Just another corner deli. But they had great customer service. Food was average. Kinda what you would expect from anywhere on the city or surrounding suburbs.

Raw salmon in my salad, I wish I had read the reviews before driving from Jersey. They offered to give a credit, but I won't be returning. I live too far away to deal with this and my money was wasted. After sending photos, I was also advised to add butter to a pan and finish cooking it at home. The place was hot, no AC and the one fan was blowing on the employees. That should've been a red flag to begin with. Lesson learned...

They charged me 32 for three cheese steaks, none of which had what I asked for on them. I think CHEESE steaks are supposed to have CHEESE. THE MEAT WAS OVERCOOKED AND DRIED OUT. There was barely any meat on them when I called to say, they forgot the cheese a very RUDE LADY told me it was on the bottom. There was NO CHEESE OR MAYO on the sandwiches. The amount of ketchup on the sandwiches looked and tasted like the little packages of ketchup. I am very disappointed. I could have went over to Chili's and got 2 for 22 and had a whole meal. I tell you what they will NEVER get another penny from me. I hope this post helps someone make the wise decision to not eat here. The delivery time is excellent, but I guess that's cause they put no love into the food they make. This place needs to take a class on customer satisfaction skills, and problem solving. Well feel free to ask me questions about my experience with Queen Pizza. My advice don't throw your money away.

Moved here less than a week ago. Ordered a Stromboli and pizza, extra cheese. I received a Stromboli and an empty greasy pizza box, no pizza. Called and they blamed the driver. Went to the restaurant to complain, and was told the driver had already left with my pizza. Made it home, still no pizza. Interesting. I will NEVER order from here again.
