Had the most unprofessional visit. Diana and Myra, the lab techs, were disgustingly rude. I was told they closed 30mins ago even though I had been waiting in the room. They didn’t even bother say another word and just walked out on me. Mind you I had an appointment for the time I was there. Thankfully a nurse saw me frustrated and had genesis assist me in finding someone to help me after waiting around for so long. If they can’t put patient care above their gossip time Diana and Myra need to find another job. I’m so thankful to Genesis for helping me find someone to help me.

The low ratings were right - I would give 0 stars if it lets me. Wanted to go here to get a COVID test, but they won't give it unless you make a virtual appointment with the doctor - Which I did, was only a simple set of questions which probably anybody could ask. Also, I scheduled a telephone visit but they changed it to a video call without asking for my opinion. Finally, after getting through the doctor video call, they ran out of all available time slots in the flushing office so it was impossible for me to get a test on time. Such a big waste of time! They should really fix their administrative issues.

I visited this center the week of 11/17/2019. The entire staff starting with Director Lauren Guerra, Gloria Johnson-Huertas, Dr. Recincek,and Nurses were hands on with me and my delicate medical ailment. Even the receptionist and female Security Guard were very helpful.
