worst customer experience ever. It is a scam They raise fees constantly and never tell you when you close your account you have to fill out a termination agreement and until you do they wont stop billing you. It is dirty and no one to help.

Worst possible storage. The manager is a terrorist of the worst kind. They shut the facility without notice without a reason and blackmail funds. The elevator is a life threatening experience and people lost their fingers there. You have been warned. RUN from there.
Someone should call the BBB. This place charges full price when they not only cut service hours, but don’t abide by the short time window they claimed. I had to drop off a box of blankets at 4:26 and the manager told my guys they couldn’t drop off because they “had to be out by 4:30” (they claim to close at 5). They are using covid as an excuse to charge full price while not providing what they are charging for. Shameful company. Take your business elsewhere.
