Love, love, love the owner Teri and Art World. I ordered a frame from another salesperson and when I went to pick it up, Teri admired the print and showed me that the glass I ordered was reflective and that the beautiful print could not be seen clearly due to the glare. She showed me the difference with the non-glare glass and highly recommended it and for a only a few dollars more, she was able to redo the frame. The difference in quality is night and day. I highly recommend Teri and Art World for their personal expertise and experience, superb customer service and for very high quality frames and workmanship. We will be rushing back the next time we need something framed.

Excellent customer service and quality of work! I went into the store with a simple mindset of getting some prints framed. I was warmly greeted by Teri, the owner who was quick to listen to my me and my ideas and was certainly willing to create something that I would like. I was immediately impressed by how, Teri, studied the images and began to identify colors, textures and possible frames that would enhance but not take away from beauty the art. Teri was wonderful to work with throughout this process. She was attentive to every detail and carefully explained her suggestions. She presented me with several options, all of which were wonderful. She even invited me to step out of my comfort zone to look at a new way, at least for me, to frame art. After about 45 mins of looking at some possible choices and designs we came to a decision. I left the store excited about the piece and looked forward to seeing the finished product. Today, I received a call that the piece was ready. I went over to the store to pick up my art and I was tremendously impressed and satisfied with the work done. Thanks to Teri's help and professionalism a wonderful piece of artwork was created. I could not be more pleased and satisfied with the image, the quality of work and most of all the time and dedication that Teri gave me. I would highly recommend!
For 20 years, Teri has been my go-to person for anything I need to be framed. I entrusted her with rare, one-of-a-kind architectural sketches, oil paintings, and fine art prints. Time and time again, I am amazed at her ability to always find the right frame and, when needed, a mat. Last weekend I picked up 3 pieces she has recently worked on for me. One was a Giorgio Morandi print, for which we chose a gorgeous hand (silver) leafed frame. Every frame is unique, since the are hand leafed, and I simply cannot be happier. The two small oil paintings were in their original (artist selected) frames. The oil paintings are beautiful, but those frames .... not so much. They were dark, heavy, and completely overwhelmed the paintings. Teri picked out a very faint gold leaf frame with the added addition of a thin white strip that borders the paintings. My only regret is that I didn't have Teri reframe those two paintings for me sooner. Seriously, if I didn't live in the neighborhood, I'd commute to Forest Hills for my framing needs. Teri is the best!
