Ive been ordering here regularly since the great flour shortage. I will continue to use them. Great products. Ships fast. I see bad reviews but ive never had an issue !!!

We ordered a case of active dry yeast from this company. They charged us for a full case but only sent a single pack (1 of 12). They REFUSED to refund the money for the remaining items, even after repeated requests and a dispute was filed with Paypal. Then the single item they did manage to send was dead and did not work, anyway. This company is engaging in fraudulent transactions and will take payment for items they don't have and will not send.
During the Pandemic I found this organization. I ordered a 50 pound bread strong Flour and it came. I ordered a second time. The shipment arrived. I left the 50 pond bad in the box to protect it. I ran out of the first shipment. To my surprise, it was not flour. It was a gluten reinforcer, whole 50 pounds. I call them They will not talk to me, referred me to email communication. I send an email, it takes a couple of days for a reply. They send me an UPS label. I took the bag to Zups. The label did not included a new bag. I had to.pay 20 for a new box and service. Two days later, Baker's Authority had the AUDACITY to email me saying the bag was open. I cannot confirm what they said is true or false, but I gave UPS an intact sack. FORGET IT. I ordered a better flour through Amazon. If something is bad, I take the item to UPS and they will bag it and ship it no questions ask. Bakers Authority has inferior support, you have to wait 2 -3 days for each communication, and they play games with you. All is a symbol of not investing in the required personnel to provide proper support to their customers. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, go some where rose that ell support you as a customer. I am retired now, but I spend 22 years in Technical Sales. I can identify proper Sales and Support Deoartments. This is not one of them. Oh yes, they kept my money!!!
I have had only positive experiences with Bakers Authority. It is too bad others have had negative experiences. It seems the company has vastly improved its operations for the home baker. I started ordering the 50 lb whole wheat yoshon flour at the beginning of the stay-at-home orders. Not only is this a fantastic flour at an amazing price, the customer service has been beyond phenomenal. I have had prompt and helpful replies and most recently when my order got damaged twice (including being eaten by squirrels!), customer service helped immediately and with kindness. I ended up picking up my order at the Maspeth facility. I was blown away that this is a huge operation. I found the excellent customer service all the more impressive when I saw the many delivery trucks and huge pallets filled with baking supplies for the baking industry. It is very special that Bakers Authority made sure I had my one bag of flour so expertly. I highly recommend Bakers Authority and will happily continue to order from them.
They send me wrong Cocoa powder ( I ordered Dutch process but received natural Cocoa powder ) also I received all my chocolate chips and chunks completely melted and unusable without dry ice in Summer! but They never responded ! The worst customer service experience I have EVER had. Please don’t buy from this COMPANY.
