So happy with the results!! In the height of the pandemic like so many others my parents wanted to do a project we have been putting off for years. After calling many other pool companies with very little respond, I came across their website. Made ONE phone call gave a brief description of my current back yard sent pictures and was given an estimate immediately. It all happened so fast, but they were extremely professional. We went the office and paid for the pool and Joe spoke to my brother who had concern about wanting a deeper pool, because him and my other brothers are on the taller side. Joe heard him out gave reassurance that this was a perfect fit for us (and our backyard). They came an level our entire yard which quite honestly is back breaking work. On the day of installation there was a missing piece and one of the owners personal brought it to the house within the next two days. Truly the work done was subpar and they were so willing to answer any questions or concerns we had. The best time to reach out is early in the morning when they first open because that tends to be when the owners are there. The were in the process of changing office staff, but each sectary I spoke to was beyond kind and helpful. We are beyond happy and had them come back to close up the pool at the end of October. I know a lot of other review talk about attitude and time issues, and I understand that completely but they were so wonderful with us, and in return we were kind and understanding of them. (ps the pic are the completed pool, we had another company come in and do the wrap around deck )

It really depends on who’s there, I have noticed that some workers when I had gone there are extremely unprofessional and turned me off. But it’s nearby and when you get the right person they really tell you how to take care of your pool. I have a pool already so no installation or anything by them I just buy my supplies and I’m always satisfied. But I have to say reading the other reviews I would be leery of letting them do anything else but supply me with what I need

Yesterday 3 amazing pool installers from Bella Pools installed my new pool. These guys were prompt, professional an so very talented at their job. Took them 9 hours straight, no breaks, and the finished product was a beautiful site. My thanks to Bella Pools and these 3 amazing men. Thank you for a job well done. If anyone needs a pool installed, call Bella Pools, you will be 100% satisfied, just like me. Great job guys...thank you again !!!

The worst place to get a pool, nothing but aggravation. The pool was incomplete, had to get a dumpster to finish the job and hire a new pool company.

Had a horrible experience with this company. Worker was unprofessional, mumbled that he wanted to leave and called the office with false information about the status of my pool. One of the workers even started playing with my basketball without permission. While on the phone with the office in a heated conversation the man even insinuated that I purposely mislead them about the status of my pool- believing the false information his worker gave. I don’t normally post review but this was so bad I had to share. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this place!
