I live in CA and the store is in NY, but my communication with her via messenger/email/phone was super smooth and effective. Tiffany helped me pick the perfect pear shape diamond and customized the exact ring setting that I have been dreamed about. I am so happy with this purchase and enjoy working with her a lot!
