I brought my wedding dress here to be cleaned and it was completely ruined. They outsource wedding dress cleaning but I was assured it would be handled with the utmost care. It has an intricate lace overlay that falls into a train and the lace was torn in so many places. I'm heartbroken. I brought the dress back immediately and the manager was absolutely unapologetic and did not offer a refund of my 150 cleaning fee and merely offered to press and sew the holes. You can't sew up holes in lace. I'm hoping the bridal shop I purchased it from can work from miracles for me. Absolutely do not bring tour wedding dress here.

You should really believe in most of the bad reviews here. I just picked up my jacket and they did a horrible job sewing it back up. I picked it up with a hole still in it!!! Stitching was going a bunch of different directions. Just a complete mess. I’m going to have to find someone to do another repair on the repair.
We've been going here for years now and they always do a good job. They've gotten out stains and saved some clothes that I thought were ruined. Once I left my wedding ring in the pocket of my robe that my husband brough in to clean and hours and hours later when I came in they were able to track down the robe and my ring was still there safe and sound! The only negative is how jacked up the prices are for some womens stuff, but thats pretty standard unfortunately.
