One of the worst experiences I have ever had. The lady in consultation had a massive attitude. It’s the white lady with pretty colored eyes. Although I was trying to be very nice and patient with her, she rolled her eyes the whole time. This was my first visit in the pharmacy. I just wanted to know if my prescription came through but before I was even called up from the line she was showing anger and frustration. I know how overwhelming it can get in a pharmacy but if that’s the case and you can’t give not even good just okay customer service then just take a few days off and clear your head out. Don’t talk to your customer with your negative energy and ruin someone else’s day.

So I went there for flu shots. The associate intentionally put my dob wrong several times so that they wont have to move their hands for flu shot. When I called my insurance she wont speak to insurance confirmation that all was right. Shame on such not only you are losing revenue but causing bad name to CVS. Maria Bloom is her name- people like her should be banned permanently from Health Care industry. She was adamant that the dob is different and that she will need a letter from Health First of correction. What a disgrace to CVS customers. Finally they wasted my 1 hr in this back n forth before I got the shot. It took 5 min last year at another CVS outlet.
. DO NOT SEND YOUR MEDICATIONS HERE. Pharmacy is often understaffed, slow, and or very rude. There is one women in particular that is extremely disrespectful, and has a history of yelling and shouting at costumers while trying to simply pick up their medications. Worst experience ever. I travel to a farther cvs out of my area just to avoid this toxic environment. Stay blessed everyone & choose a BETTER cvs.
Usually I never have good experiences here but last week when I came into pick up my medication there was a sweet girl I believe her was Oniva. Very patient and I look forward to getting her again.
I usually buy here. The Pharmacy dept has always been nice BUT today. Apparently Anzhelkha wasnt having a good morning bc she is treating customer like Shait. Feedback pls.
