I received misleading information. The supervisor lied about having my package I traveled 2 hours from my home in brooklyn here just to wait 30 mins for them to tell my package is not there. The woman at the front desk provided NO HELP. Terrible customer service.
IF there was an option for 0 stars this would be the best time. It's been 1 week since my package was MISDELIVERED by the courier and whenever I contact DHL they have no new information and are waiting to hear back from the depot. I've been hung up on numerous times and lied to about receiving callbacks. Terrible service, extremely condescending responses and really zero help. Honestly just the absolute WORST customer service experience i've ever gotten in my life!
Omg the most awful service in the world they lost my package twice and then the lady tells me she called me and told me to deliver it to my house what I never revived a calll they don’t care if I could rate it 0stars I would
