Not a good experience. They sold me a “new” amplifier that had obviously been returned previously. Box was all beat up and had several areas where you could see other shipping labels had been removed. They claimed that labels were from the manufacturer shipping to them which was total BS. When I opened the box the amp was damaged. To add insult to injury they tried to blame the damage on me!!! At first they refused a refund, then they did offer a refund and deducted 200 for damage that I was not responsible for. Fortunately the purchase was made through an on-line auction and they provided me with a full refund, not the seller. Avoid this place at all costs, just look at the other reviews. There are too many other reputable electronics vendors out there, no need to deal with this nonsense.
