Traditional, authentic Kung Fu instruction from Grand Master Wang Rengang, lineage holder of both Dachengquan and Plum Blossom Mantis Fist. Classes are Tuesdays and Thursdays in St. James Church. Health and self-defense are taught alongside each other and the basics of using your body right are emphasized over flashy moves and long forms. Standing meditation is also emphasized. Daily practice can be transforming, increasing health and fighting power, healing old injuries and restoring balance to body and mind.

The instructors were all mainland Chinese, their lineage is legit and the school has been competing in tournaments on and off since 2003. Wang Rengang makes an excellent first impression as an instructor concerned with each individual student's goals.
