In the beginning I was hesitant to use their service because of some bad reviews but I just wanna give it a try. My balikbayan box arrived in a very good condition: no holes or tear, no missing items. I'm so glad I ignored the bad reviews. Thank you Johnny Air. I will be sending more boxes in the future
Not a prompt phone service. Not answering call professionally,either recording or in person..used to be good.
Shipping cargo or sending money remittance to the Philippines....this is the best place to send your stuff from!! They are constantly busy and that should tell you why they are tge best!!
