So they have this promotion going on where they ask you to post on your social media 3 days before you go and you get a discount. After we came and finished eating, we are told they actually mean you have to post “3 times on 3 different days” to get the discount. After we pointed out that it’s not what it says online, the server still refused to give us a discount and demanded to look at our phones. This is not how you do business, terrible service. Will not be back.

I HIGHLY do not recommend to go to this place because when you think hotpot you think of variety of foods but this place only have a couple option to choose from and they don't even have pork, beef, and lamb paper-thin slices. Also the broth taste exactly same as the hot pot soup base you get at supermarkets. Plus they are currently doing promotion on Wechat saying said only 18 per person but when I asked for receipt it was 170 when only 5 of us ate. PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. YOU WILL REGRET IT.
Good enough for the price. Currently offering 29.99 all you can eat. The menu is not very diversified, but the beef is not bad, hot pot sauce and soup are good too. Hand beaten meatballs are so so, but again, good enough for the price and I would recommend.
Food was solid and fresh! Service was great. Soup bases are very flavorful. We are looking forward to going back there when their indoor dining opens next month. The space inside was really nice with tall ceiling and lots very comfortable looking booth!
Very limited food selections There are better ayce hot pot for the same price you paid. Their menu items have the least selections compared to other hot pot places, services are not attentively. Definitely not recommend this place.

Everything about my experience here was positive. The food was very delicious and fresh. The staff was very helpful and kind. The space was very clean. I'll definitely be going back.
