The bathrooms are always dirty, and the employees are not sympathetic at all. The AC always seems to break in the summer, but they still allow classes to happen in an unconditioned room.

Dropped in for a tour today and the place seems very Covid friendly- very clean place, everyone wears masks, the machines are properly spaced out, hand sanitizing stations, and the front desk worker seems very friendly. I got my first month waived as per their new years discount. Excited to be losing new quarantine weight.
Avoid this scam - I sent cancellation request online while they were closed last April and never went there since last March, all of sudden, my account told me i still have the monthly charges from them through Jan 2021. They are thieves, let's start a class lawsuit - let the prosecutors seize their hard drives to see how many misconductions they have been committed to... people, take action
Gym is nice, staff is friendly, very clean. People are wearing masks. I’ve seen some people get mad over having to pay 10 to cancel and stay 45 days more before it sets in but the sales people explain that to you when you join so just an FYI
Gym itself is ok but it's very tricky to cancel it. Even I went in person to cancel it and the people from the front desk said I m all set. So I assume it's done. And, five months after they started to charge me again without my permission and saying because they can't reach me on the phone. So I need to stay on phone available even five months after and can't go the personal trip? And they even emailed me after they charged me not before and without permission. So if you cannot get phone calls all the time you will get charged? One star only for the gym itself not for the services.
