Kinda named appropriately. The food is good, price is alright. We ordered: - veg Dumplings - She chuan shredded chicken - Dan Dan noodles I think the noodles can be improved. They are good but not mind blowing.

This is a really awesome addition to the neighborhood. Hand pulled noodles that are super duper fresh. The Dan Dan noodles are spicy and have amazing flavor. And the pan fried noodles were one of the best noodle dishes I’ve ever had. We added chicken too, and it really amped up the flavor. The scallion pancakes were crispy and delicious. The space is huge with lots of big tables (although we did takeout). We’ll definitely be back

This restaurant is such a great addition to Long Island City. The restaurant itself looks great and the team is so kind. Food was amazing, with lots of authentic flavors. One can definitely taste that it’s all made fresh and that the noodles are homemade. Will definitely eat here more often.

The guy hand-pulling the noodles is entertaining to watch! The beef noodle soup is good. The broth is good but the flavor is not really that strong. The amount of beef is generous. It's more typical of a mainland beef noodle soup vs. the Taiwanese broth and more tender braised beef you'll find at Yumpling down the street. However, eating your noodles in a nice big bowl, in a cavernous, stylish space is a lot more appealing than getting it in 4-5 take out containers, so I'll be back to try the rest of the menu.

Lovely spontaneous find in Long Island City! Cutest decors, nicest staff, and really great noodles. Their homemade chili oil was especially

Finally, there is a noodle place in lic. Dan Dan Noodle and cold chicken noodles were both very good. I think the flat and round noodles are the way to go!

Authentic noodles and they’re made from scratch (you can see it happen through a glass window!) they got a nice small outdoor dining set up, inside was spacious enough and seems well-ventilated too
