The staff at PODS in Jamaica, Queens, were superlative. Each in their own way, Cass, Robert and Ray were so very engaging, helpful and accommodating with our move last week, from the moment our (non-PODS) moving truck arrived at the site until we got all the stuff locked up. They really wanted to make sure we had what we needed. Thank you for making it the best part of an anxious few days!
The clerk on property whose name is Cansellas, if I spelled that right was very helpful. However, no reservations can be made here. This facility is only for dropping off units and loading or unloading.
First time being there nice setup
The company customer service is very nice but the storage facility in Queens NYC has terrible scheduling problems. I scheduled access to my container weeks in advance and they call me three days before telling me they had to reschedule. After fixing the problem they call me the next day to let me know I've been bumped again. Terrible.
