I am the customer from Baltimore. I hope you rstill remember me after robbing my money. Not a fake review.. Be aware of them, they are liars and thieves. We bought 7 Saudi Airlines tickets (5865 Cash) for March 2020 from them and our flight was cancelled due to Covid-19. They said you will get the full refund. Till now they are playing with us, the employee Iqbal has a new story for us every time. We were only given our itinerary numbers and not the original ticket numbers. When we contacted the Airline they told us these tickets were never issued. Even we were told by him that they have received the full amount from Airline but my boss is not willing to pay you back. Now after 3 installments with 2100 left they are saying its the final payment as they have deducted 300 per ticket as refund charges, bank fee and agent services, that were never mentioned till now.

This trip would not have been possible without the help of this travel agency. Although its very challenging to travel with kids, the travel agents served us astoundingly. I got my visas very quickly and efficiently. The seats were great and the prices were cheap. I would highly recommend them.
