i have used BP Group's services for many years. I have received the same technician that I request; not to imply that all their technicians aren't competent its just my preference. The professionalism and courtesy is .incomparable. From the initial contact to the completion of the service call I feel comfortable and confident. Technicians have always arrived on time and estimated time for completion of work has always been punctual and efficient. I have and do recommend BP Group to all in needs of HVAC services.

They are committed to helping the environment and creating a clean world for us to live in. The BP Group are exceedingly helpful and philanthropic, which is important to us at Tuesday’s Children. They generously sponsored our Career Resource Center Interview Workshop in March 2018. Their dedication to helping Tuesday’s Children and the organizations we support has been a huge help, and they are great people to work with!
Hiring process was terribly unorganized. Went in for an interview and wasn't given any contact information so I contacted the general manager for the results and she told me she would call me back but never did. Worst experience ever.
I’ve had the “luck” to deal with this charlatans not long ago. They got big and now they don’t care about treating the costumer right anymore. After trying to get your business they corner you and devour you piece by piece taking advantage that you don’t have anymore time and who’s going to take over their project? Be very careful. Crooks have many different faces.
