Great place. Over a month ago, I got a 120v and 12v Husky tire inflator. i thought it was a great buy for less than 60 but my wife wasn't as enthusiastic as I was so I returned it. HD didn't have any problems and accepted the return. Then I got a less than 30 120v Husky tire inflator because my Ford Econoline E350 tire pressure management light came on. To train the system, I had to release a lot of air out of all 4 tires until the van tells me that it has been \trained\; and, I will have to put air back into the tire. 80 PSIs in the rear and 50 PSIs for the front wheels.Well, this Husky did its job. in about 45 minutes (20 for the two rear wheels, 10 for the two front, and cooling time for a very hot pump), I got all four wheels back to proper pressure. Lesson is to not judge a product by its size and price. Oh yeah, the Husky is a metal pump so it is 5 lbs in a small package. Checkout my photos.

Staffs are less than enthusiastic to help with customers request. I had to push 800 pounds of concrete mix to a self checkout line, when there are 2 cashiers near the Pro line. They said the Pro lines are closed. What? Contractors buy building materials any hours of the day. It's not even 5PM. Also, when I request some assistance getting concrete mix from the upper shelf,no one show up. I had to climb on to the shelf to get them myself. It's not exactly safe.

Went to this Home Depot to get 2 Christmas trees. I purchased the trees I wanted and asked if someone could come help me tie them to the top of my car. After waiting 10 minutes, I checked back in with the sales associate that was much more concerned about giggling and gossiping with her fellow associates than she was with me standing there waiting. She then tells me they “only have 1 lot associate and he’s on break.” First, that would have been helpful to know from the beginning and second how does HOME DEPOT only have 1 lot associate especially during the holidays??? So I endeavor to get the trees on my car and another lot associate arrives only to tell me he can “try to tie them and will do his best” and begins to loosely tie the strings around the trees. I don’t need 130 worth of trees flying off my car so I told him to stop. I put my seats down and put the trees in the car (by myself). I typically go to the Flushing Home Depot on Avery Ave for my trees and receive the best service but unfortunately this one was closer to where I was at the time. I will never return. Customer service is complete and utter trash.

Home Depot has frequently not had enough cashiers and today was no exception. However, at least they had someone directing people to either the self checkout or to the only 2 cashiers working. Their garden area was low of products. Maybe they were in between shipments? It should be said that any workers I did encounter were helpful. They did have shields at the cashiers and sanitizers in a few areas but I didn't see them all over. It could be people would take them to buy. Perhaps mounting the sanitizers around the store would be more suitable to have customers clean their hands.
