I've been coming here various times a week to ship my packages and while yes there is almost always a line, the people working here and specially the young gentleman are always kind and hard working. Covid has really slowed things down but that in no way is their fault nor should they be reviewed poorly because of it. If you're ever in a foul mood because of the line, I suggest you coming earlier or getting someone to pick it up at your house. As someone who comes here multiple times a week for the past 3 months I can say that I've never had an unpleasant experience. They are clearly under staffed but it's the law and we're all going through it so I commend them for running it the best they can and with a great attitude.

Horrendous 1 computer 1 cashier on a Saturday. Line out the door halfway down 83rd St. Took us 45 minutes in total before we got to the front of the line. Not even worth it because the package we picked up was broken and we'll now have to deal with UPS again Around Town drivers don't wear masks going in and out of buildings, against government regulations.
Horrible customer service! Extremely rude staff. They will charge you a dollar for tape even if its 2 centimeters of it. Stay away from this place unless u really have to drop off a package.
Very rude to customers. The young man in the front desk acts like he will be throwing the box on the customers who are to drop off the packages and he gives tantrums like if it’s a free service being provided. Every-time I walk in there, its same behavior from the same guy. I wonder why he does the job if it’s so bothering him. I understand it’s COVID-19 frustrations with long lines but he seems grumpy anytime during the work/store hours, am or pm same rude attitude.
EXTREMELY understaffed. I don’t understand how there is only ONE person working there in the middle of the day. The line is down the block and although the guy helping me was really nice I think management should take a look at these previous reviews to make some changes.
