If i could give this place 0 stars or even -5 stars i would. First of all, they never do their job they should honestly be replaced by robots. What is the point of even having a job if you aren't going to help anyone? There are 4 pharmacists in the pharmacy their break is from 1:30-2pm but why when i go there all of them are on break at the same time. It doesn't make any sense to me. Then you call to refill a prescription a week before and the week later you go to pick it up and they are telling you they don't have it. Why not call and say that? There is always a line when i go and they are very unprofessional. They give you a run around i highly do not recommend this place. OH and the prices are absolutely outrageous should honestly be shut down.

Have an illnesses or a prescription that need to be filled? Well, do not go here. Had my doctor send over my ONE prescription to be filled, and I called the next day to see if it was ready, and was told it’d be ready in 1 hour, so I call back and was told another 2 hours, then once more and they said 3. Lastly, they said it’s not filled and will be by tomorrow 9 AM, so I am patient and understanding since they’re understaffed I assume. So, I call at 9 am the next morning and am told 11 am for sure, I go to pick it up and they tell me their systems are down and I have to go a diff store, so I take the bus to go pick up one bottle of medication, and as I go to pick it up I throw up blood outside. The lack of care, urgency, and overall sincerity is evident by this Wallgeen’s branch, and this is why I lose my patience. DO NOT GO HERE. THIS PLACE SHOULD BE INVESTIGATED.

I have been going to this store every week for 4.5 years for cigarettes and nearly 50% of the time they are out of my brand. A MAJOR BRAND as well. How hard is it in the year 2018 and all the current inventory tools to always be out of the same thing week to week? You’re losing sales and I’m being inconvenienced to now have to drive somewhere else. Just retarded.
