Matt, (Chewy) did a great job making us feel welcome and holding a vechile that we wanted for a couple of days. He had everything ready when we arrived. Unfortunately, due to mechanical failure if the vehicle while road testing it, and the abundant rust on this vehicle, we did not purchase the vehicle. Matt to his credit tried to earn our business, however, we could not take the risk of more problems in the future. We are sharing this review to assist Auto Mall in rising to the reputation they had a few years back.
