Picked up a brand new Specialized eBike back in April of 2020. At delivery I noticed that in addition to the bike not having been cleaned, the battery case was scuffed. At the time I was told a replacement casing had been ordered, but would take a few months to arrive. I reached out several times and in December exchanged emails with Rick who assured me he would get to the bottom of it, but didn't follow up. I reached out again in January with no reply. I understand they've been busy lately, but six contacts and closing in on a year since purchase and my damaged eBike has not been repaired.

Honestly I had a rough couple of weeks in the beginning because of no fault of them the bike I bought needed some adjustments. But in the end it all worked out, GREAT customer service. Personally Keith is one that I dealt with the most in depth and I can't speak highly enough of him. He is a very knowledgeable guy and straightforward. I will continue to shop there for whatever I need for my bike and repairs. My only regret is that I didn't go here sooner!

Ricks was fanstastic!!! I needed a new bike rack and they had exactly what I needed! It was installed and I was on my way. I got a great recommendation for some trail rides too. I would absolutely shop at Ricks every time I need something!Always shop local!
