Pleasantly surprised. We were concerned when we arrived at opening for a five PM reservation and there was only one car in the lot. We had a great hibachi experience. The food was great, the entertainment was fun and the drinks were strong. They do a happy hour hibachi from 3-6 every day, it's almost half price.
DONT EVEN BOTHER! This place was so terrible. we tried to place an order online but I called them for 10 mind STRAIGHT ( tried to give them the benefit of the dough) and no answer. So we went to order there. When we got there 15 mins from trying to order online (like they said they could) NOBODY answered. SO again we tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and TRIED to order at the door. The worker girl told me \No I'm sorry u have to order in your car\ I speak Chinese and told her \it's cold can I order now since I have been trying to order online for 20 mins and no one e answered\ and she replied o I'm sorry u need to order online\. I told her on mandarin Chinese but it's so cold we know what we want since we have been trying to order by phone for 20 mins. AND again she said. O I'm sorry it has to be in the car..他们 不知道怎么负责任。
Over six months ago we went to this place (twice) when we were visiting Queensbury for The Great Escape and I still remember the wonderful experience. The outside of the building is underwhelming, but it's interior is lovely and spacious. It has a nice cozy atmosphere and pleasant ambiance; the music they played was nice as well. There's a normal dining option, a bar, and hibachi, but we opted for a regular table. The staff there are friendly and we felt welcome. It seemed like they had both Japanese and Chinese options. The first time we went there was for dinner and I ordered orange chicken; honestly it was the best orange chicken I've ever ordered from a Japanese/ Chinese place. We also went there for lunch and had another great quality meal, though I wasn't a big fan of the particular sushi I had ordered. This place has great portions and great quality food and service - I highly recommend.
