It took 6 months to get our filter changed. When they No Showed month after month all I got was "we have no record of..." and "he will be there next month" but he never came. Poor communication. Poor management. Poor follow up. No one takes responsibility for anything and they blame everyone else. Requested the billing date be changed to match the now 6 month later filter service. They refused do it. Canceled service.
