The worse place for an oil change. They didn't know how to check the transmission fluid. Didn't check air filter and the guys met me like they were confused on why I was there. Greeted me while smoking. I have never seen a worse oil change. The manager/cashier looked stoned. We paid for our oil change and laughed as we were leaving.
First off I didnt get the name of the business because the guy who answered said it so fast I wasn't sure I dialed the correct number. I asked if they do wheel alignments and all I got was \NOPE\ and hangs up. Well I heard that loud and clear! Come on now Quick Car you need to do better with the phone etiquette.
I've been here before to get my oil changed, pre-pandemic, and was satisfied with my service. Tried to go again today, and they refused to wear masks, even with my toddler with me. If you're going to get into my car, and I have my child with me, and you refuse to wear a mask, you don't get my business. Unbelievable.
Went this morning, 8/5/20, to get an oil change. I arrived a little before 8:00 am. As soon as they opened at 8:00 am, they got my car in & out within 10-15 minutes. Excellent care & staff was very friendly. I highly recommend Quick Car in North Arlington on Cooper.
