I needed to replace a fire sprinkler cover plate on a 20 year old house. The process seemed to be daunting until I called directly and spoke with Jason. He took great care to have me text him photographs of what I needed. He was then able to find the item I needed to replace (which is no longer manufactured any longer) and ship it to me the next day! Great customer service, fast shipping. A little research and working with the guys here saved me over 200.00 (the local company that services my residential fire sprinkler wanted over 220.00 for the part this company sells for around 20). They also told me how to install it, which was helpful since I was afraid to touch the sprinkler head in fear of setting it off.
